This pretty picture is from JSGA's Khat muhurt (ground breaking ceremony) for the new temple. They managed to cross a step without having a mandate, and on the day I did spot someone telling congratulation to another one.. not sure they ment. Did they mean heartfelt for building the temple or was it for making it stalled all these while?
